This is a simple but delicious recipe for anyone who would like to make beef tartare at home but doesn't want to buy thousands of spices! For me the point of beef tartare is in beef. That said, before anything else you should get a really nice cut of beef! For this recipe we used tenderloin. Besides beef you'll also need: - fresh chives - shallots - capers - Dijon mustard - black pepper - lemon juice . For a little bit of kick we added some sprouts, radish and @oliveoilmorgan chili oil. All of these ingredients are a bit spicy and make up for a good contrast in the recipe! Since there are just a few ingredients in this recipe make sure you use the best ingredients you can find! And about the quantity of ingredients. .. As always: Suit your tastes! And important! Never use a blender for steak tartare! Get yourself a sharp knife and start choppin'!
