Base seitan recipe: 1 cup vital wheat gluten 3/4 cup water 2 tbsp tahini 3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tbsp mustard 1 tsp Garlic, onion, chili powder Kneed for 60 seconds. Baked in water for 45-60 minutes (flip once halfway through).
