Mexican President: Migrants Set Detention Center Fire

The fire at a Mexican migrant facility that killed nearly 40 people and injured almost 30, was started by the migrants in a protest over deportation. Mourners gathered in border city of Ciudad Juarez on Tuesday to light candles for the deceased. Most of the migrants were from central and south America.
