Chinese-Made Subway Cars Fail in Boston

The Massachusetts subway's new Orange Line cars, made by a Chinese state-owned train maker, have again been removed from service—this time because of a brake issue. The incident follows a series of other problems and accidents that have taken place in the past three years.
