Russia Says Nearing Full Control of Luhansk

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russian forces have "completely destroyed" the eastern Donbas region, and that they are trying to kill as many Ukrainians as possible. Moscow says that it will soon get full control of Luhansk, as it ramps up its assault.
