'Rust' Lighting Chief Files Lawsuit

The head of lighting for the film "Rust" has filed a lawsuit over Alec Baldwin's fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. He alleges that negligence on-set caused him "severe emotional distress.”
