According to a new investigation, many of the popular fast-food joints here in America are selling products labeled as “chicken,” but inside is a slew of other ingredients—things like seaweed, beef, soy, protein powder, and even wood pulp. Furthermore, this investigation found that in some of these fast-food restaurants, their statement that “Many products only include 60 percent meat alongside additives and proteins" included their chicken products—meaning 40 percent of the product is things like additives, preservatives, and other different proteins.
