Footage: China's Parapolice Attack Street Vendor

Chinese street vendors face abuse by China’s parapolice, known as "Cheng-guan," almost on a daily basis. In a viral video recently posted online, a group of people in police uniforms beat up a street vendor selling sugarcane in eastern China's Jiangsu Province. The vendor cried in despair as they confiscated all his goods.
