This recipe is a copycat of the original Nando's Peri Bites. Ingredients: 14 -16 large green chillies 2 tbsp Vinegar & 3 cups of Water for dipping chillies 1 whole chicken breast (boiled) 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp mayonnaise Eggs & breadcrumbs for coating Dipping sauce: 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp Mustard paste 1 tbsp Hot sauce 1 tbsp Honey Take green chillies & make a slit into each chilli & remove all the seeds with the help of a small knife or the back of the spoon. Dip chillies in water & vinegar mixture for 30 mins. Fill each chilli with a tsp of cheese mixture & a chunk of boiled chicken. Coat with egg & breadcrumbs then again with egg & breadcrumbs. Keep in the freezer for 30 mins. Fry in a medium hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy :)
