Evidence Shows Use of Cluster Bombs: UN

The United Nations said it has evidence showing that Russia used cluster bombs in populated areas in Ukraine, which may amount to war crimes. The U.N. also said nearly 550 civilians have lost their lives and 2.5 million Ukrainians have fled the country. President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the war has reached a strategic turning point.
