9,000 US Marines Defy Pentagon's Mandate; Federal Judge Blocks Mandate in 10 States

A federal judge just issued a court order and officially blocked the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for health care workers, saying the mandate was a gross overreach of the agency’s authority. Meanwhile, the official deadline for all active-duty U.S. Marines to be fully vaccinated just passed. However, according to newly released government data, there are about 9,000 Marines who declined to get the shot—and are therefore at risk of being fired. Many of them filed for religious exemptions. However, to this day, the U.S. Marine Corps has accepted exactly zero of them.
