16- and 17-Year-Olds to Be Offered COVID-19 Vaccine

All 16- and 17 year-olds in the UK will be offered vaccines against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus. Ministers have accepted the recommendation from government advisers to extend the vaccine roll-out to younger age groups. It comes as the latest figures show more than nine in 10 adults in the UK are likely to have COVID-19 antibodies, with levels continuing to increase in all nations and regions. The presence of antibodies suggests someone has had the infection in the past or has been vaccinated.
