Beijing Graffiti Voices Anger Over COVID-19 Testing

Residents in Beijing are pushing back on authorities' COVID-19 testing policies. In some areas of the city's central business district, graffiti opposing local testing mandates has appeared on virus testing stations. In one case, someone painted a single Chinese character onto eight stations in a row. Together, the characters read, quote: "It's been three years and I'm apathetic."
