Vice President Harris was in town today to celebrate a major announcement in the semiconductor industry. After a year-long negotiation, three states in the lower basin of the Colorado River reached an agreement to cut back on their respective water usage to keep the river flowing. The U-C schools are looking to provide illegal immigrant students jobs on campus, but one U.S. Representative says this move might violate a federal law.
