檸檬糖霜磅蛋糕 ┃Classic Glazed Lemon Pound Cake

▼材料 Ingredients
模具 18x8x6.5cm
全蛋 Eggs 2
砂糖 Sugar 90g
檸檬皮 Lemon Zest little
無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 100g
低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 100g
泡打粉 Baking Powder 1g
糖霜 Icing Sugar 80g
檸檬汁 Lemon Juice ~10ml
開心果 Pistachio
▼步驟 Instructions
1. 打起雞蛋,削檸檬皮在砂糖上
2. 打發室溫牛油, 分次加入砂糖,打發至顏色變淺白
3. 分5-6次加入雞蛋液,之後篩入麵粉泡打粉
4. 倒入模具,180°C/ 356°F焗 30-35分鐘
5. 在糖霜中分次加入檸檬汁, 倒在蛋糕上作裝飾
