Novaturient Ph’s Air Fryer Recipe Series | Banana & Sweet Potato Fritters à la Mode
Ingredients:
Banana Saba
Sweet Potatoes
Desiccated Coconut
Confectioners' sugar Sugar
Sesame Seed
Ice Cream - Ube Flavor or any flavor
Instructions:
1. Peel and Cut Banana and Sweet Potatoes to your own preference
2. Put into Air fryer set to 200 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes each
3. Caramelized 1 cup brown sugar into pan and add 1/4 cup water
4. Roast sesame seed for a 2 minutes to bring out aroma
5. Mixed Fried banana, sweet potatoes and coat with caramelized sugar into a bowl
6. Sprinkle with Desiccated Coconut, Roasted Sesame Seed, Confectioners' powdered sugar and top with Ube Ice Cream
7. Serve and Enjoy!
