California to Transform San Quentin Prison Into Rehabilitation Center

The infamous state prison in the San Francisco Bay that has been home to the largest death row population in the United States will be transformed into a rehabilitation center. The governor says it’s part of his plan to reduce the number of prisoners in the Golden State.
