President Joe Biden is expected to deliver his second State of the Union address to a divided Congress on Feb. 7. The White House says the president will outline a four-part Unity Agenda. Two Customs and Border Protection patrol agents testified on southern border security before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. They say the situation there is overwhelming. Conservative figures are reacting after transgender activists staged a protest at the Oklahoma state capitol Monday.
