★ 4K 🇨🇭 Zug - Affoltern am Albis - Zürich Altstetten, cab ride Switzerland [06.2021]

We're joining the Zürich S-Bahn S5 in this video for the first half of it's journey from Zug. We looked at this service in the opposite direction a few weeks ago in its entirety from Pfäffikon SZ to Zug (https://youtu.be/eSbtZ87xESI). The line is the less frequently used connection between Zürich and Zug, the main line being via Thalwil & Baar, however there still are a number stations served by SBB Cargo and the frequent S Bahn services make the partially 1 track line quite busy. Somebody commented that they'd rather if the stopping times at the stations weren't cut short, so I've left them in for this video. I usually leave them in if there's something happening and otherwise cut them out. It was interesting reading about the Zug train station on Wikipedia, which used to be in a different location and until a few decades ago had a loop allowing a train coming from the direction we're driving in to loop into the station and continue towards Luzern (or back on the same line). The colours are looking very vivid - however I didn't increase the saturation at all. Switzerland does get very green in summer and combined with sunlight, seems to be a bit overwhelming for any camera.
