90 Percent of Luhansk Region Under Russian Control: Governor

Fighting rages in the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine. The governor of Luhansk Oblast says the situation is intense, with 90 percent of the region now under Russian control, and Ukrainian troops might withdraw further.
