Watch this video to see how we make noodles by hand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EuhnD1rt3Fo&list=PLelr1VdPVYhUa3OBFcrnqbHVXG32rp37V&index=28 KitchenAid attachment: https://www.kitchenaid.com/countertop-appliances/stand-mixers/attachments/p.3-piece-pasta-roller-and-cutter-set.ksmpra.html?cmp=sem&gclid=CjwKCAjw3-bzBRBhEiwAgnnLCiSwNaZlevKer2qt0UX5V1_1V58YM8Ngdno1OIeVp7dMz52yfHjDCRoC0FUQAvD_BwE INGREDIENTS (4 servings): - 3 cups all purpose flour - 1 cup ice water - 1 tsp salt DIRECTIONS: 1. mix together flour, salt, and water to form a hard dough 2. cover and set aside the dough for at least 30 minutes. 3. divide the dough into four pieces 4. flatten each piece with your hands into a long and thin shape 5. set up your pasta roller. we are using a kitchenaid machine, and we started on level 1. 6. put the dough through the roller several times until it is smooth. 7. change to level 4. put the dough through the roller one or two times. 8. repeat steps 6 and 7 for remaining pieces of dough. make sure to work quickly as the dough will dry out which causes the noodles to break. 9. switch to a pasta cutter. put your dough through the pasta cutter. 10. dust with flour so the noodles don't stick together. 11. repeat steps 9 and 10 for remaining pieces of dough 12. you can steam or boil these noodles. serve and enjoy!
