THESE RAVIOLI CURE HANGOVER , proven and tested ("kisla župa") | Little Kitchen recipe

What do hangover & Monday have in common? 🤔 They both S/*k! So, how was your Monday? 😅 Thankfully, in Slovenia we have a cure at least for a hangover. And that comes in the shape of a soup! Hard to belive, eh? A soup called "kisla župa" which literally translates to "sour soup" is the perfect cure for any kind of hangover. But wait! You don't prepare Kisla župa with ravioli! What would your grandmother think of you!? 😐😵 And most importantly, where is the meat? WTF!? Hear me out. Kisla župa is like a traditional Slovenian dish prepared traditionally *mostly* with pork trotters, root vegetables, some kind of "fukošnica", which is your not so favorite (ultra) dry white wine (today oftnely replaced with vinegar) - that's also from where it's name - since it has to be sour, and served with some bread. That might actually be the most on point description of Slovenian sour soup on the Internet Though! We didn't use pork trotters for our soup, but we did use pork bones.
