Seville to Categorize and Name Heatwaves

An official with the World Meteorological Organization warned Friday that vulnerable people are particularly at risk as heatwaves scorch much of Europe. One of the hottest cities, Seville in southern Spain, started to categorize and name heatwaves to highlight the health risks. In the U.K., the Met Office began to name storms seven years ago.
