The blatant abuse of this diabolic practice has disabled Believers to the point they fear their religious institutions and leaders far more than they fear God! Most folks that subscribe to this evil do not know their callings, gifts, or what they should be doing according to scripture. Instead, all you get from them is a repetition of what Pastor, Bishop, Apostle, etc. says, but never what God and His word say.
