Meditation Group Hosts Parade to Celebrate Chinese New Year

Despite the cold, rainy weather, vibrant banners, a radiant dragon, a colorful float, and dancers in costumes made their way through downtown San Francisco. The parade started at the Embarcadero and Ferry Building and finished at Portsmouth Square in Chinatown.
