Southern Californians continue to mourn the loss of two police officers. The community held a vigil and memorial to honor them. One of the mothers says the killings are the fault of the district attorney.
The man allegedly responsible for a shooting at a Taiwanese church has been charged with hate crimes. Authorities said his motives were politically charged.

Northern California's most popular energy provider is starting to bury their lines underground. This is after numerous lawsuits accusing the company for starting the fires.
