NATO: China is Not Adversary But a Serious Challenge

NATO leaders met in Spain's capital Madrid on Wednesday. Leaders of four pacific rim countries were invited to the summit, with two of them attending whom two attended for the first time. At the summit, China's growing influence was addressed, and leaders commented on the serious challenges it presents to the alliance.
