Professor: Fracking 'Slow to Take Off' in the UK

Energy and chemical giant Ineos this week asked the government for permission to build a fracking test site in the UK. The firm says the practice would reduce the cost of energy and ensure the UK’s energy independence. There are now calls to lift the UK's fracking ban. NTD spoke with fracking expert professor Richard Davies.
