IRS Reminds Taxpayers to Report All Income

The IRS has issued a notice to “gig economy” service workers and those who receive a foreign source of income that they have to report potential tax obligations on income. NTD talked to Daniel Geltrude, known as "America's Accountant," to get some tax filing tips for gig economy and service industry workers for tax year 2022. Geltrude also explained that the IRS's proposed rule for online businesses to report transactions exceeding $600 has been postponed to tax year 2023.
