Today we went to the Borough Market, a popular food market in London. There are so many good food, so when you come here, prepare an empty stomach. We got caramel sea salt & honeycomb + hazelnut praline donuts from Bread Ahead, pork & sage scotch eggs from Scotchtail, hot chocolate with panela from Colombian Coffee Co., and grilled cheese sandwich from Kappacasein Dairy. The cheese sandwich was phenomenal!! It was simple but really satisying! Before we got out of the market, we bought some fudge (salted licorice, matcha, honey, clotted cream, and hot cross bun flavors) πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Borough Market 8 Southwark St, London Then, we had lunch at Elan Cafe, a very cute, pink cafe. They have many locations, but we went to the Knightsbridge one. We got toasted raspberry & coconut bread with coconut yogurt, lemon curd, mixed roasted nuts and fresh summer berries. Then, also rose water, sweetened condensed milk, beetroot juice Spanish latte with a coffee shot as well as saffron sorbet. Everything was delicious and fresh! It's worth the price. πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ ELAN Cafe 42 Hans Cres, Knightsbridge After that, we went to Harrods and headed to Camden Town. The first stop in Camden Town was Chin Chin Labs and we got Chin Chin hot chocolate with torched mashmallow and tonka bean nitro ice cream with pistachio cardamom powder and raspberry sauce. WOW they are absolutely delish! The hot chocolate was creamy, the marshmallow was super sweet! Also the tonka bean ice cream tasted nutty, almost like vanilla cookies. This is probably one of my favorite dessert spots in London. πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Chin Chin Labs 49-50 Camden Lock, Camden Town In the evening, we went to Soho to eat jian bing, Chinese crepe, at Pleasant Lady Jian Bing Trading Stall. This one was also really good, and it was also affordable. We also went back to Bun House 😬 and even went to their other restaurant, Wun's Tea Room & Bar which is next to the jian bing stall. There we had a superb quail dish that was glazed with 5 year old-Shaoxing wine. We ended the evening with a glass of brown sugar boba milk tea from Xing Fu Tang. And boy, was that so creamy and addictive! πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈPleasant Lady Jian Bing Trading Stall 23 Greek St, Soho, London πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈWun's Tea Room & Bar 23 Greek St, Soho, London πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈXing Fu Tang 29 Frith St, Soho, London --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHECK OUT MY INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/wasabbie/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About Sabbie I am an ordinary girl with an extraordinary passion for cooking, eating, and traveling.
