Last time I talked a bit about how easy yo prepare and delicious fish & chips really is
This time I'll tell you a bit more about the recipe and how I prepare one of the easiest and absolutely delicious fish recipes 😁

I guess the video speaks for itself, but I will give you some important informations to make this simple dish even better
First, the potatoes. If you want to prepare some over the top crunchy potatoes, wash and rince them thoroughly first and then boil them in salted water until fully cooked. When cooked, rince, add to baking tray & before roasting, leave to fully cool down. This will remove any excess water from the potatoes. Add olive oil/butter or any other fat of your choice to the potatoes (add a bit more than you think will be enough) and roast them until golden brown (that's usually a few minutes more than you think), stir a few times in between
As for the fish?
Flour. Really cold Beer. Salt & ras el hanout.
The consistency should be slightly thicker than for pancakes. Fish fillets in the beer batter and immediately in hot oil
