EU Plans to Ban Russian Oil, Target More Banks

The European Union wants to get even tougher on Russia for its war in Ukraine. Its top official called on the 27-nation bloc to ban all oil imports from Moscow by the end of this year, and proposed to target the country’s biggest bank and major broadcasters in a sixth package of sanctions.  Reporting by Joanne Robson
