Panko crusted salmon fillet with colorful vegetables | Little Kitchen

And here we are again with a simple but so delicious recipe that it almost hurts! . When talking about dishes that are made with just a few ingredients and have just few steps in preparation it's always crucial that you use the highest quality ingredients you can find! . For this recipe we used three differently colored, homegrown carrots and kale, cauliflower and wild skinless salmon fillet. . We blanched the vegetables in salted water and then pan fried them on butter. At the end we sprinkled a little bit of olive oil and lemon juice on them. . Since the salmon was skinless (and the skin is most of the time the best part of salmon) , we choose to prepare it with - one side only - panko breadcrumb crust. Oh God! The contrast between the tender and juicy salmon and crispy panko crust is out of this world! . For more content follow us on Instagram! https://www.instagram.com/mala_kuhna/
