STEM Today
Hello!! This is the STAMP Workshop provided by MIT on a free attendance basis for the purposes of engineering a safer world. It is the next evolution in Hazard and Failure Analysis. It has two parts - STPA for evaluating issues prior to implementation and CAST for after an incident happens. From auto manufacturing, aviation, medical and food production, STPA can be performed on any process that needs to run more efficiently, safer and more cost effective. More information can be found here: http://psas.scripts.mit.edu/home/2021-stamp-workshop-information/ The STPA Handbook is here: https://psas.scripts.mit.edu/home/get_file.php?name=STPA_handbook.pdf If one wishes to inquire more about Nancy Leveson: http://sunnyday.mit.edu/ Disclaimer: This was uploaded uses the Fair Use Act for educational purposes as described here: https://www.multiplechronicconditions.org/fair-use-act-disclaimer
