CDC quietly removes COVID death numbers; Gas prices soar in California amid decline in oil prices

The CDC revised its data on the number of deaths, due to COVID-19, removing tens of thousands, previously registered deaths. It erased about a quarter of the deaths among adolescents and children under the age of 18. The recent decline in oil prices is expected to hit the pump in the coming weeks. But gasoline prices continue to rise in California, particularly in Southern California. Ukrainian President Zelensky said that he is ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin but warned that a war between the two countries could lead to World War III if the talks fail.
