California Officials Aim to Reverse Gun Ruling

U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez recently ruled that banning assault weapons goes against the Constitution and that these firearms are commonly allowed in other states. California officials said in a press conference on June 10 that public safety is at risk and that California will try to reverse the judge’s ruling.
