20 Percent of Americans Left Hong Kong in Past 2 Yrs: Consul

About 15,000 Americans have left Hong Kong in the past two years. The number comes from Gregory May, the U.S. consul general in Hong Kong and makes up more than 20-percent of all Americans living on the island.
