The President Is in a Great Mood, Said the White House

Smira Bouaou
At the White House press briefing on March 9, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders touted the February jobs number and answered questions on President Donald Trump’s potential meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The U.S. economy added 313,000 jobs in February, crushing the economists’ expectation of 205,000. In addition to the strong employment number, Trump earlier announced that he was prepared to meet the North Korean leader. Sanders told reporters that President would not set a date and time for the meeting without seeing "concrete steps and concrete actions" by North Korea toward denuclearization. “President will actually be getting something and frankly the world will be getting something,” she said. “It’s a massive step that will make the entire globe much safer.” In response to a question about President’s mood given the economic and North Korea news, Sanders said: “The president is in a great mood.”
