D.C. police on Wednesday morning cleared an illegal encampment of pro-Palestinian protesters that had been on the campus of George Washington University for almost two weeks. Police acted just hours before the chief of police and D.C. mayor were to testify before Congress. Jewish children are also the target of anti-Semitic protests, propaganda, and harassment in K–12 public schools. Members of Congress called on the leaders of their schools for answers.
