Amber exibition in Moscow (from Moscow reporter)

Della Sun
The Museum of Decorative Art in Moscow is displaying intricate amber art and artifacts. The standout exhibit is 75 million years old and holds an imprint of a dinosaur's claw. Amber is the resin of prehistoric trees from the time of the dinosaurs. Almost all the artifacts are from Kaliningrad province. The region holds 95% of the world’s amber deposits. It used to be covered in rainforest.
