NY Man Planned To Blow Himself Up On National Mall On Election Day
A New York man has been arrested and charged for making a 200-pound bomb in his basement.
Prosecutors say Paul M. Rosenfeld had plans to draw attention to his political ideology by blowing himself up on election day in November at the National Mall in Washington D.C.
Officials raided his home in Tappan, NY, and found a large bomb in the basement.
Rosenfeld has also been charged with transporting the bomb across state lines.
