WH Moves To Secure US Tech Leadership

The Trump administration is taking steps to preserve American leadership in science and technology. It says it won't turn a blind eye to technology theft and forced technology transfer by countries like China and Russia. The new plan is called The National Strategy for Critical and Emerging Technologies. It has two pillars : 1. PROMOTE THE NATIONAL SECURITY INNOVATION BASE and 2.
