Rescuers recovered a boy and a girl from debris in the besieged Damascus suburb of Eastern Ghouta.   The boy was rescued on March 7 while the girl was recovered on March 6.   The UN said attacks in eastern Ghouta reportedly had killed more than 100 people on March 5.    It was the deadliest day in the area since the U.N. Security Council demanded a ceasefire last month.   The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the Syrian government had ignored the UN-mandated ceasefire.   The government forces pressed on in their assault on the rebel-held area.   The UN estimates 400,000 people are trapped by the government siege in the area.
