Kid Enjoys Riding in the Car With the Windows Down

This adorable kid has peroxisomal biogenesis disorder which considers him legally blind and severally deaf. Tactile stimulation is very important to him and he loves anything that vibrates such as being in the water when there's a breeze outside. One day his parents opened up the car windows to see how he would react.
