Lean on Me: Elementary School Students Sing for Principal Battling Breast Cancer Students at an elementary school in Stockton, California, shared a special tribute for their school principal, who is battling breast cancer. Stockton Unified School District shared footage on their Facebook page of the performance at George W. Bush Elementary School. The children can be seen holding up paper pink ribbons and singing the song “Lean on Me,” as their principal, Ms. Youlin Aissa, looked on. “Dubbed as her ‘Pink Army’, the school has been an incredible support for Ms. Aissa throughout her battle with breast cancer. Beautiful and tear-jerking performance,” the post said. As of writing, the footage has more than 200 shares.
