56 PEOPLE ARE HOSPITALIZED IN IOWA AFTER A POSSIBLE CARBON MONOXIDE SCARE. THE IOWA LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY WAS EVACUATED THURSDAY (11/15) DUE TO THE CONCERNS. THE ACADEMY'S DIRECTOR SAYS A SECURITY GUARD CALLED 9-1-1 ABOUT A STRONG GAS ODOR. CLASSES WERE SUSPENDED FOR THE DAY AND UP TO 70 STUDENTS HAVE BEEN ENCOURAGED TO SEEK A HEALTH EVALUATION.
