Watch: Crazed cyclist flips out on Uber driver, jumps on his car

A crazed cyclist attacked an Uber driver with a bike lock before clambering up onto the car roof where he acted out some kind of victory ritual, saluted the sky with a "diamond" gesture associated with rapper Jay Z, and then got back on his bike and cycled off into mid-town Manhattan afternoon traffic. A video of the incident, which happened on the afternoon of Jan. 18 was released on Jan. 24, by New York Police who say the unknown dread-locked attacker is wanted for assault. The driver was treated in hospital for a wound to the head, and his front and rear windshields were smashed.
