New York's Financial Troubles

The Senate is now adjourned. That pretty much dashes any hopes for a stimulus deal before the election. One of the big sticking points of the negotiations is bailing out struggling states. One of them is New York. I spoke with Jonathan Williams about it. He's the chief economist at the American Legislative Exchange Council. I asked him just how bad their finances are.
