Falun Gong, a traditional cultivation practice group has continuously been invited to this parade for over ten years. This year they even brought an exciting dragon dance for this holiday. Falun Dafa is an advanced self-cultivation practice of the Buddha School. Practitioners follow the discipline of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Practice is based on the very laws which underlie the development of the cosmos. It has been spread over the Bay Area for over 20 years. Wu Zhen, a Falun Gong practitioner from Beijing, is her first time joining in this parade.
