Two container ships collide at Pakistani port

Raymond Liu
A ship brushed against a stationary vessel in Pakistan's southern port of Karachi on Monday, March 19.   The container vessel Tolten scraped against the stationary Hamburg Bay as it was berthing.      Authorities have launched an effort to retrieve 21 shipping containers that were knocked overboard.   It’s not yet clear how damaged the Tolten was, but the Hamburg Bay is expected to set sail soon.    A survey of damage to the Tolten is expected to be completed by Wednesday.  Credit: Reuters
